Executive Management Team

Municipality Finance Plc (MuniFin) has a President and CEO, and a Deputy to the CEO, appointed by the Board of Directors (the Board). The President and CEO manages the day-to-day operations of the company in accordance with the instructions of the Board. Decisions on the remuneration and other benefits of the President and CEO and the Deputy to the CEO are made by the Board.

The President and CEO is responsible for managing MuniFin’s operations in a way that ensures the proper implementation of the Board’s decisions. The President and CEO, with the support of the Executive Management Team, manages the implementation and supervision of the strategy as decided by the Board, attends to the management, organisation and supervision of the company’s business and other operations (including the internal audit, risk management and compliance with laws and regulations), decides the type of the organisation model based on operational requirements, and ensures sufficient reporting to the Board on all aspects of MuniFin’s operations.

The President and CEO appoints the members of the Executive Management Team and presents the names of the candidates to the Board who makes the final decisions.
